Recalibrating

My passion for food and cooking has gone beyond Sites’n Bites this year. For 10+ months, I was juggling my full-on corporate job and my passion project day and night. I felt like I was in an intensive MBA program again.

I am back to Sites’n Bites with regular appearances as I realize that this little humble space of mine is now more important than ever to process the things I taste, see, and experience for the 5th chapter of my life in Vietnam.
Over these past several months, I really had the chance to reflect on myself and some personal goals I wanted to achieve in the next couple of years. It was really difficult decision to make, but I felt like I had to make a change in order to rejuvenate my heart, mind, and body. Thus goodbye to suits for now, and hello to a very different change in pace that I have barely settled into for one week.
While I am still adjusting, here are a couple of before & after pictures of the project and the Grand Opening video!
Come by and say hi!
